Our CEO, Tony Baron, has been with us for nearly five decades. He has instilled in us the vision and direction of the club that has kept the doors open now for over 70 years. Not only overseeing the Club’s day-to-day operations, our CEO is also receptive to listening to others, motivating, adaptable, and trustworthy. We cannot express how amazing he is.
Our Management team at the Alano Club obviously get their inspiration from the CEO. Not only do they oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club, but they are also always smiling, recommending an upcoming event, a new meeting or working behind the counter and doing all they can to ensure that your visit is a wonderful one.
Our Staff are dedicated to serving you the absolute best dishes. You can count on breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a delicious club special being served all days of the year (including holidays)! From counter to meeting table service, their proficiency will leave you in awe.
Our onsite Building and Grounds Maintenance Professional ensures that your club’s community amenities are kept looking their best.
The Alano Club's Board of Directors is made up of dedicated Club Members who have been voted in by their peers to carry out a higher calling.
We have a sitting President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and a round table of Board Members who come together to make key decisions that address our organization's Mission, Strategy, and Goals.
If you would like to express your interest in becoming a Board Member please attend our next monthly Board of Directors Meeting.
Therefore, the more people who contribute their community service hours to The Alano Club of San Jose, the more service and benefit we all provide to the community.
If you have been ordered by the Court to perform community service hours, we would love to hear from you.
The Alano Club of San Jose has been an asset to the community for over 70 years. Your paid membership ensures our club's future. And for that, we are extremely grateful.
